... It's model is the Huntsman!! It is very cool!I pulled out my old Pentax camera... I havent used it for so long... Actually, I kinda forgot how to use it! To go back to a little compact camera from a digital SLR is slightly weird! But I did work it out...
Then I decided that I wanted to get a photo of my two cameras together for the first time... So I had to borrow my husbands nikon coolpix... brilliant little camera - except for one thing - It has no view finder and its screen is cracked! So you need to guess where you are aiming. And you need to push buttons to work out how to do things like putting the flash on!! I didn't do half bad... out of 8 photos I took using it I got one good one with the flash and one half good one without the flash!
Anyway... all this photo taking was to demonstrate my new tripod! It is a brilliant little thing... The only down side to it is the attachment thing where it attaches to the camera needs a screw driver if you want it done up tight! But that just means I need to carry a screw driver with me if I am to be using that particular tripod when I go out and about! No big issue!
I had the thing wrapped around the leg of my computer desk! It held firm with the canon attached to it! Of course I wouldn't leave it un-attended like that!
I used the tripod today when I was taking some photos of some coins that Oreo dug up! (If you go to the Aussie Laipdary Forum you will find the photos.)
I'd probably be taking more photos right now... but batteries need to be charged! Two cameras - both needing batteries charged... So here I sit wondering what I am going to do... maybe I should actually go to bed before midnight for once!! :) Ah - woops... just looked at the time... Cant go to bed before midnight... tis already passed midnight!
