learnt something!

I must thank jasevk from http://www.ausphotography.net.au/ for this information... I had no idea - so I asked!! You don't learn if you don't ask!!

The thread I was reading mentioned photographers public liability for personal injury, property damage & advertising injury. I totally understand personal injury (done that with spraining ankles) and property damage (Oreo does that on a daily basis) but I didn't get the advertising injury!! The answer to that is: It's where your 'advertising' affects a third party... like breach of trademark & copyright, making false claims regarding competitors etc etc...
