web site - not happy at all!

well... I've tried again to do my website... changed ftp programs cause the first (filezilla) was totally useless - it would issue critical errors yet not even be bothered trying to connect... now I have coreftp... it is telling me that login authentication failed!

I think these programs are just as bad as each other and that someone out there needs to make a program the firstly - works and secondly comes with the help it claims to have and thirdly is understood by every one not just it's original programmer!!!

Am I happy? NO I AM NOT! My website has been sitting on my computer for several months now waiting for someone out there to help me! Am I getting the help I am after? NO because no-one in website land speaks my dialect of english!

Am I ready to completely give up on the whole idea of a website... all that work useless! what a stinking waste of my time! not to mention a waste of my effort!
